Thank you for shopping with Trinket Nest. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 15 days after the order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must include all accessories, manuals, tags, or any parts that came with it.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, washed, altered, or worn.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Returns requested after 15 days from the delivery date.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a product quality issue, wrong item, or damage caused during shipping, please contact us with photos or videos as proof. After confirmation, we will provide further assistance.

If the return is due to personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please note that original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

4. How to Request a Return

  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 1–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@trinketnest.com.

Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can review your case and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or other assistance.

7. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund.

Once an order has been shipped or is already in transit, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the package, subject to this return policy.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us for assistance.

We will help check the shipping status and provide a suitable solution based on the carrier’s tracking information and the actual delivery situation.
