Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Trinket Nest. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days, depending on your destination country, shipping carrier, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, if tracking is available.

You can use the tracking number to check the latest delivery status of your package.

Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update after the package has been shipped.

4. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Trinket Nest is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@trinketnest.com.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to help update the shipping address. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges depending on the destination country or region.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local authorities.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

6. Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first. In many cases, tracking updates may take several days to refresh while the package is in transit.

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at support@trinketnest.com with your order number and tracking number.

We will help review the shipping status and provide further assistance based on the carrier’s tracking information.

7. Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us for assistance.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution after reviewing the tracking information and delivery status.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier if the shipping address provided by the customer was correct. If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please check with family members, neighbors, your local post office, or the delivery carrier first.

8. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, failure to pick up the package, or other reasons caused by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to discuss available options, such as reshipment or refund, depending on the condition of the returned package and the reason for return.

9. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or shipping arrangements.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your items are shipped in separate packages.
