Frequently Asked Questions
Can the ladder fold away?
The potty training seat has a folding ladder arrangement shown for storage. Fold it only when the child is off the seat, and secure the frame correctly before the next use.
Is there a separate inner pot?
A removable inner pot is shown beneath the seat for the freestanding arrangement. Follow the supplied instructions for choosing the correct configuration and removing the pot for cleaning.
Will this fit every toilet?
The training seat needs to be checked against your toilet shape and height. Confirm that the seat and ladder sit securely before supervised use, rather than assuming a universal fit.
